All of our artisan gelato flavours are made from scratch using the best local, seasonal and quality ingredients.

We use fresh jersey milk from grass fed cows along the Great Ocean Road and keep our flavours well balanced to let the artisan ingredients shine.

All the following flavours are available from our shop at Elwood, our Williamstown outlet and for gelato cart hire.


We adhere to the strictest food safety standards overseen by Dairy Food Safety Victoria and FSANZ.

We do our best but unfortunately we can never guarantee that any of our flavours are completely free from allergens like TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, SOY, GLUTEN, MILK, EGG and more. We take all the right steps but there’s still a chance of cross contamination during production, and during service.

If your guests are highly allergic (anaphylactic) we politely suggest that they don’t consume our gelato. We thank you for taking care.
